The Wine & Business Club was founded in Paris in 1991 by Alain Marty. The Bordeaux Club, launched in 2010, meets eight to ten times a year at the restaurant Le Chapon fin.

The evening events are organized around three highlights: cocktail party, speech of a guest of honor (business leader, economist, media personality, author …), followed by a dinner and a wine tasting prepared by Nicolas Van Hai, Chef of the restaurant Le Chapon Fin, in the presence of a winemaker.

7.30 pm: Cocktail

8.00 pm: Intervention

with the presence of one new guest of honour.

The intervention are run by Jacques-Olivier Pesme, vice-president of Wine & Business Club Bordeaux.

8.30 pm: Wine-tasting dinner

Dinner is signed by Nicolas Nguyen Van Hai, chef of the restaurant Le Chapon Fin. In the programme of the dinner is the tasting of great wines, commented by Rodolphe Wartel, director of the publications of the magazine Terre de Vins.

11.15 pm: Closing of the evening
